I used acls.com mostly on my phone and overall it did what I needed it to do. It’s not even about the site being bad or anything, because I was able to get through everything. It just felt a little cramped on some pages, and I had to zoom in a few times to read or tap things more easily. Some of the buttons were also kind of hard to hit quickly on a phone screen. Not a huge issue, but the mobile experience could definitely be smoother

"A bit too basic for what I paid"
I didn’t get as much out of this course as I was hoping. A lot of the material felt surface-level, and I kept noticing the same points coming up again and again, sometimes almost with the same wording. Even little things, like examples not matching the explanations perfectly or practice questions feeling slightly out of order, started to bug me. I was expecting clearer breakdowns and more useful exercises, but parts of it felt rushed. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I thought it would have more depth.

"Certificate took longer than I expected"
The course itself was fine overall, nothing amazing but decent enough. I’ll admit I’m probably a bit impatient when it comes to certificates because I usually need them for work stuff, so delays bother me more than they might bother someone else.
After I finished everything, I thought the certificate would show up much quicker. Instead, I kept checking back and waiting, which got stressful because I had a deadline in mind and didn’t want to keep explaining the delay.
Support did get back to me, so I can’t say they ignored me, but the whole process still felt slower than it should have. If you’re not in a rush, it might be okay, but personally I wouldn’t use it again if I needed proof of completion quickly.

The course itself was fine, and I did get something out of it, but I felt a bit embarrassed afterward admitting how much I paid. For what was included, the price just seemed higher than it should’ve been

This course took way longer than I expected and felt like it just kept dragging on. I also got frustrated because the next steps weren’t always clear, so I spent a lot of time wondering what I was supposed to do after each section

I reached out to support twice about an issue with my certificate and didn’t get any real help for days. When someone finally replied, it felt like one of those copy-paste responses that didn’t really address the thing I was asking about. Frustrating overall

I tried canceling my course and it was soooo frustrating. The refund took way longer than I expected, and every time I reached out to support, the replies were super short and not very helpful. I did get some of my money back eventually, but yeahhh, not happy with how the whole thing went...

"Renewal was more hassle than expected"
The renewal process ended up being a bit annoying. It took longer than it should have, and I had to chase them a few times to get things moving. Not the worst experience, but definitely more effort than I expected.

"Pretty easy, but I felt a bit like a ticket number"
The course itself was quick and easy to get through, so no complaints there. My only issue was having to double-check whether the accreditation would actually be accepted by my job. It ended up working out, but the process felt a little impersonal, like I was just another ticket number trying to figure it out on my own. I just wish that part had been clearer upfront

"Worked out in the end, just took a bit"
My certification was accepted without any issues, and the site itself worked fine overall. It did take a little longer than I expected, which was mildly frustrating, but nothing went seriously wrong. In the end, it reminded me that sometimes these processes just need a bit of patience, and as long as the result is accepted, that’s what matters.

"Pretty frustrating exam experience"
I didn’t have a great time taking the exam on ACLS Certification Institute. At first I thought it would be straightforward, but the whole process ended up feeling confusing and more stressful than it needed to be. Some of the questions were worded in a way that just felt off, and I kept wondering if I had studied the wrong material or if the exam just wasn’t what I expected. Support wasn’t very helpful either when I reached out with questions, which was frustrating. I’m sure it might be fine for other people, and maybe I just had a bad experience, but for me it felt like a waste of time and money.
